Pasarbella

Pasarbella ‘Pasar’ in local language means market and ‘bella’ in Italian means beautiful. Pasarbella is indeed a beautiful market located amidst of the upmarket area of Singapore, bukit timah. With over 30,000 square feet of market space housing more than 30 unique stalls from around the world, it is a place worth visiting to chill and get yourself some good food and drinks.

PasarBella was conceived by the founders’ dreams to provide a one-stop food and lifestyle experience, all under the same roof. Inspired by the sights, scents and vibes of other global markets, the founders sought to offer a similar experience here in Singapore. When the opportunity presented itself, the founders’ gears of inspiration were finally turned into the perfect market retreat that the whole family can enjoy.

Kranji Countryside Farmer’s Market

KCFM

This Farmer’s Market is held quarterly and it’s organised by the Kranji Countryside Association (KCA). The KCA was conceived in January 2005 by a group of visionary farmers wanting to raise awareness about Singapore’s rural north-western corner. KCA’s objectives are to promote local agriculture and food production, eco-tourism, education, recreation and conservation.
It was held in January 2015 at Nyee Phoe Flower Gardens at Neo Tiew Crescent, this farmers’ market was a large affair with lots of stalls, lots of stock and a section filled with workshops, and activity corners.

It is usually held during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Find out more about the next time this will be held on their facebook site.
